Product information - Finecut™
precision cutting systems
The Finecut™ machine system is engineered by the latest technologies to
facilitate new applications in precision and miniature cutting. Featuring a
compact build set up compared to traditional waterjet machines its small space
requirements make it easy to place in any workshop. Although an advanced
technology you will find it very easy to use. Within the first day your system
will be up and running gaining a new customer base for you. By means of the
modular concept your Finecut system can easily be adapt for your future needs:
- Can be fit with conventional abrasive waterjet cutting with capability for
cutting thicker material like traditional AWJ machines.
- Our unique Fine Abrasive Waterjet (FAW) cutting system capable of cutting with
a 0.3 mm diameter abrasive waterjet. The 0.15 mm tool radius allows for cutting
very small features and the accurate machine system allows for cutting parts at
a tolerance down to +/- 0.01 mm (depending on the material).
- Small holes can be cut to high accuracy.
- High accuracy cutting also require high-quality work fixturing. With a
palletized cutting table you can easily make your own fixtures. With your
fixture in storage you are up and running in minutes with the orders that you
get periodically.
- The encapsulation allows for small hole drilling – and abrasive waterjet
milling /”etching”.
- A spindle-option enable you to perform abrasive waterjet turning and rotating
axis cutting.
