The fundamental objective in developing our equipment was to design a water jet
cutting machine. The machine had to do more that just fulfil the daily
requirements of productivity, flexibility and profitability. By using components
that had been tested over many years and manufactured using the latest developments
in the high pressure water jet cutting and drive engineering fields, we obtained
a compact machine of the highest technical standard.
The very high mechanical accuracy in the drive system that includes precision ball
screws and linear motion guides, our own worldwide patent for the integrated guide
system as well as collaborative work with our system control supplier, GeFanuc and
Siemens has made it possible for us to manufacture a full range of 2D and 3D cutting
machinery incorporating great detail which operate quickly with the maximum accuracy.
Compared to conventional water cutting machines running costs are therefore considerably
reduced.
The development of new machines, components and software for water jet cutting machines
is carried out in our facility in Southern Sweden, together with the last developments
CAD/CAM. In consultation with our customers we also have permanent development programme
for the functions and refinements you require.
The machine production takes take place in our newly constructed premises in Ronneby,
where final assembly, testing and training takes place before delivery. Installation
at customer`s site as well as servicing and training is carried out by our fully
trained team of technicians. Spare parts and exchange parts are delivered directly
from our local service centre. Water Jet Sweden therefore takes responsibility for
the complete installation.
